These companies and organizations are showing what can be done to increase the sustainability of the exotic pet trade. Although not all are now able to supply funding for the local ecosystems, or better wages for local workers, or other aspects of sustainable production, they each show aspects of how the exotic pet trade has already turned toward sustainable production and a more responsible values system.
